AG BRIEFS: Moo Crew to host lunch; cornhole tourney
GLASGOW — The 4-H Moo Crew Chili Lunch is set for Saturday, Oct. 24 at 11 a.m. at the Barren County Extension Office on U.S. 68/Ky. 80.
The price is $5 for “all you can eat” chili, sandwiches, hot dogs and drinks.
The club will also host it’s first annual cornhole tournament on Oct. 24 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Extension office. Entry fee is $20 per team. Registration begins at 9 a.m. There will be a 30 percent payout to the first-place winner and 20 percent payout to the second-place winner.
Participants need to bring their own boards and bags. For more information, call Brad Bailey at 590-4635 or Will Myatt at 590-0024.
All proceeds to the Barren County 4-H Moo Crew Club.
