There have been several crashes at the intersection of Veterans Outer Loop and Franks Mill Road since the loop opened more than a year ago. Another crash occurred Thursday afternoon and one the first week of June resulted in the death of a Horse Cave woman. In your opinion, how can the safety of the intersection be improved?
