Steve McDonald swears to tell the truth in Metcalfe Circuit Court Tuesday just before entering a guilty plea to all counts of syndicated crime and theft by deception in the Eastern Livestock case. McDonald faces 10 years in prison for the state charges, but is also being prosecuted federally for mail fraud. He will serve both jail sentences concurrently.
