Miki Padgett, oldest son of Mike and Rosana Padgett of Glasgow, served in the Middle East as a U.S. Marine and was blown up four times while searching for explosive devices in Iraq. He will receive the Purple Heart in a ceremony at 8:30 a.m. in the Glasgow City Hall chambers Friday.
