Two arrested in connection with drive-by shooting

GLASGOW — Two people have been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting in Glasgow last month.

Brandon Lee Jessie, 23, 214 Fancher Road, Knob Lick, was arrested by the Metcalfe County Sheriff’s Office Sunday night on warrants issued in Barren County following an investigation by the Glasgow Police Department. Jessie is charged with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment after he allegedly used a firearm to shoot at the home of Tony Rice on South Morgan Street on Feb. 17. He’s also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Alicia Lynn Blaydes, 20, 304 East Main St., Glasgow, was arrested Sunday night by the GPD in connection with the shooting. She is charged with complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment.
