10:15 MORNING UPDATE: Deer runs through Glasgow Wendy's

GLASGOW — Wednesday morning at 7:49, Glasgow Police were called to Wendy’s Restaurant where a deer had broken through a glass door, ran through the dining room and jumped out of a front window.

The deer then ran through McDonald’s parking lot, across U.S. 31E bypass and into a tree line near Service One Credit Union.

The deer was injured and has visible blood on its torso. The injury may also make it more aggressive toward what it considers further threat. Anyone who sees the deer should call the Police Department at 651-5151.

Do not attempt to shoot the deer.
