2:10 AFTERNOON UPDATE: Police make arrest in Glasgow robbery

GLASGOW — Glasgow Police made an arrest today in connection with a robbery Saturday night at the Shell Mart convenience story on U.S. 31E south of Glasgow.

Police arrested Joshua Shane Gonzalez, 27, of Austin, in connection with the robbery following an investigation by Sgt. Jennifer Arbogast.

During questioning, Gonzalez confessed to the crime, according to a press release from the GPD, and was lodged in Barren County Detention Center on the charges of tampering with physical evidence and robbery, second degree.
