Music Is Me to be a one-stop music shop

GLASGOW — Aspiring musicians will soon have a place they can go in Glasgow to get everything they need to launch a music career.

Music Is Me on Reynolds Road will offer guitar, drum and bass lessons, as well as an opportunity to record music and have CD covers and T-shirts designed.

“It’s a one-stop music shop,” said Jon Lawhon, who owns the business along with Matthew Shepherd, Ben Wells and Ryan Jones.

Music Is Me will be a place where people can go if they only want to learn a few chords so they can play a guitar around a campfire or at a wedding, or help those who are already established in music but want to go a little farther with their craft, Shepherd said.
