‘They came from Mars’
EDMONTON — Barn Lot Theater wil present “They Came From Mars and Landed Outside the Farndale Avenue Church Hall in Time for the Townswoman’s Guild’s Coffee Morning” on Dec. 3-6 at 7 p.m. starring Sandy Roberts as Mrs. Reece, Julie Bell as Felicity, Cathy Jessie as Gladys and Emilhy Coffey as Norah.
Tickets are $10 for regular admission, $8 for students, active military and senior citizens (55 and older) and $5 for preschool.

‘Light Up’ set for Friday
“Light Up Glasgow” will be held on Friday.
Events will include festive music and refreshments. At 3:30 p.m., Jolly Old Saint Nicholas will be available at the Courthouse gazebo for pictures with children and pets. At 5 p.m., the lighting of the Christmas tree and the courthouse lights will occur.
All downtown businesses are encouraged to decorate windows and buildings for the upcoming Christmas season. Recognition will be given for the best decorations, and judging will begin at 4:30 p.m.

HORSE CAVE — Christmas is coming early at Kentucky Repertory Theatre. Special “Pay What You Can” performances of “Christmas Belles” are set for Dec. 3, 4 and 6. KRT’s main stage showing of “Christmas Belles” will run Dec. 10 – 20.

Cave sing set for Dec. 6
MAMMOTH CAVE — Mammoth Cave National Park will host the 30th
annual Cave Sing, Sunday, Dec. 6.
Meet at the park visitor center for this free event.
There will be storytelling at 1:15 p.m. prior to the sing. Santa Claus will arrive at 3:30 p.m. at the Mammoth Cave Hotel. For more information, call (270) 758-2180.
