    Big Red made an appearance at Western Kentucky University-Glasgow campus Tuesday to kick off the week’s homecoming festivities. Dr. James McCaslin, assistant director of the Glasgow Regional Center, said there has been a homecoming kickoff celebration at the local campus every year since the school moved to the new facility in 2002.
