GLASGOW — The following were indicted July 25 by a Barren County grand jury, according to commonwealth’s attorney Karen M. Davis:
• Angel Lewis Diaz Rosado, 29, of Glasgow, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300, third-degree criminal mischief.
• Joshua Chase Davis, 19, of Glasgow, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300, third-degree criminal mischief.
• Brian Edward Davis, 42, of Glasgow, second-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300, third-degree criminal mischief.
• Joshua Wesley Fields, 29, of Glasgow, second-degree robbery.
• John M. York, 45, of Bowling Green, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• David Earl Hall, 19, of Austin, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
• Mark Paul Vance, 19, of Austin, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $300, second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
• Peter Allen Fauber, 31, of Cave City, third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Andrea Kay Pruitt, 29, of Fountain Run, theft by unlawful taking over $300.
• Yulanda Lovelle Bradshaw, 33, of Columbia, theft by unlawful taking over $300.
• Kenneth Wayne Pennington, 46, of Tompkinsville, theft by unlawful taking over $300, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• Rebecca Brooke Payne, 27, of Glasgow, theft by unlawful taking over $300, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• Toni B. Pugh, 27, of Maylene, Alabama, theft by unlawful taking over $300.
• Danny Ray Clark, 59, of Glasgow, eight counts first-degree wanton endangerment.
• Andre D. Wesson, 19, of Cave City, third-degree assault, second-degree fleeing or evading police, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• Bobby D. Chaffin, 43, of Bowling Green, four counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Margaret L. Chaffin, 61, of Lafayette, Tenn., four counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, tampering with physical evidence.
• Bambi Nicole Button, 27, of Glasgow, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Anthony Scott Pedigo, 24, of Glasgow, fraudulent use a credit/debit card over $100, theft by unlawful taking under $300, theft/receipt of a stolen credit or debit card.
• Brian Kevin England, 31, of Austin, first-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, careless driving.
• Jeffery W. Perkins, 21, of Glasgow, first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving.
• James David Owens, 33, of Edmonton, operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence third offense, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence third offense within five years, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to comply with helmet law, first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Chad Flora Lewis, 29, of Edmonton, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana.
• Lawrence Michael Hulett, 39, of Glasgow, five counts obtained or attempted to obtain a controlled substance by fraud or false statement regarding prescriptions
• Roy Wallace Skaggs, 48, of Glasgow, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance which impairs one’s driving ability.
• Bobby L. Davidson, 42, of Cave City, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana.
An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
