4:00 AFTERNOON UPDATE: One dead, three injured in construction wall collapse

GLASGOW —

A construction worker who was helping pour concrete on the new Ky. 90/Burkesville Road was killed and three others were injured when the concrete form collapsed.

Kenneth E. Decker, 63, of Bee Springs in Edmonson County, was pronounced dead at the scene after the form on a nearly completed retaining wall they were constructing fell.
