GLASGOW — 5 p.m. update: Residents might have noticed a difference in their water pressure in the early morning hours Thursday because of a water main break on Trojan Trail.
A precautionary boil order is in effect for county and city customers until 2:30 a.m. Friday, according to state regulation, Glasgow Water Company general manager Scott Young said.
No contaminants have been found in the water supply, according to Young.
For more updates on the break, read Friday's print or e-Edition of the Glasgow Daily Times.
8:54 p.m. update:
According to Young, 52 GWC customers were affected by the breakage. Residents affected were notified by door hangers distributed by GWC personnel.
