10:15 MORNING UPDATE: GFD responds to vehicle fire

GLASGOW — The Glasgow Fire Dept responded to a vehicle fire on Louie B. Nunn Parkway.

The vehicle, a 1985 Ford Ranger, was fully involved upon arrival of fire department personnel. It was occupied by William Teal, of Bowling Green, and owned by Pam Rutledge, no address given, according to the Glasgow Fire Department. The fire started in the engine area and was extinguished by fire department personnel. The cause of the fire was undetermined.

The department was on the scene for approximately 50 minutes. East Barren Volunteer Fire Department assisted.
