10:13 a.m. Morning Update: Hart Co. Sheriff's Office makes arrests

 

Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley released the following felony arrests made during the month of July by the Hart County Sheriff's Office:

Terry S. Johnson, 1000 John Hines Road Magnolia, charged with first-degree fleeing and evading police and reckless driving;

Kevin C. Edwards, 715 Drummond Dr., Nashville, arrested on indictment warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense, less than 2 grams of methamphetamine);

Robert A. Walters, 1909 Locust Grove Road, Bonnieville, arrested on an indictment warrant for second-degree manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and for being a persistent felony offender;

Bobby J. Keown, 2426 William Simmons Road, Bowling Green, arrested on an Edmonson County indictment warrant for jury tampering;

James L. Chapman, 6138 Sulphur Well Road, Knob Lick, arrested on an Edmonson County indictment for flagrant non-support;

Spurgeon W. Napper III, 1160 Rhudes Creek Road, Elizabethtown, arrested on an indictment warrant for manufacturing methamphetamine, complicity to manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors (first offense), unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors enhanced;

Kenneth D. Tinsely, 615 N. Chamberlain Ave., Rockwood, Tenn., arrested on an Edmonson County bench warrant for flagrant non-support;

Rod L. Perry, 345 Blue Ridge Circle, Columbia, arrested on a Warren County indictment warrant for theft by deception (including cold checks under $10,000);

Kenneth C. Cosby, 1225 Autumn Oaks Dr., Franklin, arrested on an Edmonson County indictment warrant for flagrant non-support;

Julie A. Humphrey, 2848 Flint Ridge Road, Horse Cave, arrested on violation of conditional release of original charge of first-degree possession of controlled substance (first offense);

Jaclyn R. West, 1156 National Turnpike, Munfordville, arrested for contempt of court and for failure to complete in-patient drug treatment;

Robert S. Thompson, 714 Heywood Ave., Louisville, arrested for contempt of court of possession of firearm by convicted felon;

Kevin L. Rucker, 111 Jessee Brown Road, Millersville, Tenn., arrested on an indictment warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense, less than 4 grams of cocaine) and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense, less than 4 grams of cocaine).

The sheriff's office also had 44 misdemeanor arrests during the month of July.
