9:05 MORNING UPDATE: Six in custody relating to Tuesday's school bomb threats

GLASGOW — Five students and an adult have been taken into custody relating to Tuesday's bomb threats at Barren County middle and high schools, according to a press release from Barren County Schools Superintendent Bo Matthews.

According to the Barren County Detention Center website, Renee Joy Farley, 38, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday and charged with terroristic threatening, first degree, and tampering with physical evidence. Barren County Sheriff's Office Det. Ann Phelps is listed as the arresting officer.

The Daily Times will follow up with more information as it is made available by the sheriff's office.

Matthews said Wednesday afternoon, it is uncertain whether Tuesday's threats are related to Wednesday's Temple Hill Elementary School bomb threat.
