3:47 AFTERNOON UPDATE: Two injured in wreck near Lebanon

LEBANON —

Two people were injured in a traffic collision that occurred Monday about 8 miles west of Lebanon on U.S. 68, according to a Kentucky State Police statement.

James K. Fox, 81, of Springfield was traveling west in a 2003 Chrysler van, and the van hit the rear of a 2006 Ford operated by Janice Mattingly, 52, of Campbellsville, who had stopped while waiting to turn left, according to the KSP statement.

Fox and a passenger, 45-year-old David Hedges of Campbellsville were wearing seatbelts and were treated at Taylor Regional Hospital, according to the statement.
