10:31 a.m. Morning Update: Munfordville man arrested on burglary charges

MUNFORDVILLE —  

A Munfordville man was arrested on Aug. 9 by the Hart County Sheriff's Office on a burglary charge.

Joseph T. Miller, 22, of 389 Mill St., Munfordville, was arrested on an indictment warrant for second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking over $10,000 and theft by unlawful taking under $10,000 in reference to a burglary complaint made to the Hart County Sheriff's Office on July 20 on Rowletts Road in Munfordville.

Deputy Kenneth Glass recovered and returned to the owner over $30,000 worth of stolen property.

Miller was lodged in the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 cash bond.
