10:11 MORNING UPDATE: Two injured in Marion Co. wreck

LEBANON — Two were injured in a single vehicle wreck that occurred around 10:11 p.m. Monday  on Ky. 527. 

Thomas Leake, 22, of Lebanon, was traveling north on Ky. 527 in the limits of Raywick in a 2000 Chevy when he failed to negotiated a curve, left the roadway and truck an earth embankment. Leake and a passenger, Lydia Woods-Roller, 18, also of Lebanon, were not wearing seat belts and were transported to Springview Hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to a Kentucky State Police press release. 

Trooper Kevin Roberts is investigating the collision. Also responding to the wreck were personnel with the Marion County EMS.
