MUNFORDVILLE —
A Florida man was arrested Wednesday by deputies with the Hart County Sheriff's Office on a Hart County indictment.
Nathan Davis, 36, of 8815 Thomas Drive, Panama City, Fla., was charged with flagrant non-support stemming from a June Hart County grand jury indictment. Davis was being held as a fugitive from justice from another state in Bay County, Fla. and was transported to the Hart County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 cash bond, stated a Hart County Sheriff's Office report.
Hart County deputies Gerald Cox and Caleb Butler made the arrest.
