GLASGOW — According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Karen M. Davis, a Barren County Grand Jury met on Feb. 25 and the following actions were taken:
• Jeffrey Dewayne Perkins, 44, of Glasgow, manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, first-degree persistent felony offender, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense.
• Jennifer Carlon Jones, 28, of Glasgow, manufacturing meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Thomas Edward Wright Jr., 52, of Cave City, manufacturing meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, two counts fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child, third-degree assault, first-degree promoting contraband, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David H. Slayton, 59, of Glasgow, knowingly exploiting an adult over $300, theft of identity.
• Eric Ray Sturgeon, 29, of Cave City, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, public intoxication, first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Robert K. Huntoon Jr., 27, of Glasgow, third-degree assault, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• Barry Wade Roach, 43, of Glasgow, three counts first-degree wanton endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol second offense within five years.
• Veronica Leighann Wise, 26, of Cave City, two counts welfare fraud over $100.
• Bobby Ray Boyd, 55, of Cave City, welfare fraud over $100, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• Kelly Casey Wyche Weger, 40, of Amarillo, Texas, flagrant nonsupport.
• Kimberly Michelle Shepard, 41, of Glasgow, 13 counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Terry T. Woodcock, 56, of Glasgow, theft by unlawful taking over $300, theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more, knowingly exploiting an adult over $300.
• Morgan L. Deweese, 25, of Glasgow, theft by unlawful taking over $300.
• Alan K. Deweese, 26, of Glasgow, receiving stolen property over $300.
• Shannon Marie Matthews, 23, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Kathy Carmicle, 52, of Glasgow, trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Corneleius Jermaine Maxey, 25, of Glasgow, trafficking in marijuana within 1,000 yards of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Delanne Gay Shelton, 46, of Glasgow, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana.
• William Eric Turner, 27, of Glasgow, operating a motor vehicle while license revoked or suspended for driving under the influence third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, public intoxication, second-degree persistent felony offender.
• Meshele Mills Perkins Spencer, 41, of Glasgow, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, reckless driving, disregarding stop sign, faiiure to illuminate head lamps.
• Carrie Lee Barrett, 27, of Glasgow, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, endangering the welfare of a minor.
• Peter K. Wagner, 56, of Glasgow, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, possession of marijuana.
An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
