11:45 MORNING UPDATE: Trial on for Ober report

GLASGOW —

No agreement was reached Wednesday morning on the release of information gathered by Michael Ober, the private investigator who performed an investigation of Barren County Detention Center.

That means the ongoing search by the Glasgow Daily Times to obtain a copy of Ober's final report will continue with a trial Thursday morning at 9 in Barren County Circuit Court with judge Phil Patton presiding.
