TOMPKINSVILLE — Due to unavoidable conflicts in scheduling, the WKU – Barren County High Capstone Scholars in Agriculture Partnership signing ceremony has been moved from Tuesday, Sept. 11 to Thursday, Sept. 20. The time remains the same, however, with the event beginning at noon and ending no later than 2 p.m.
