ACTION: Commissioners took the following action: Approved on first reading an ordinance setting the city’s 2009 real and personal property tax rates at 0.318 cents per $100 assessed value; and agreed to donate $250 to the Glasgow Daily Times for the Newspapers in Education program.
PRESENTATIONS: Representatives from Paranormal Investigations spoke to commissioners about investigating the Owens Hotel property.
