GLASGOW — Kenneth Hagan, 41, of Glasgow, was acquitted last week of second-degree arson in Barren Circuit Court following a trial.
Hagan had been accused of conspiring with another man, David Allen Rupe, 28, of Scottsville, to set fire to the home.
Rupe was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison. Rupe had testified against Hagan in exchange for a plea agreement.
