Pleas

The following were entered on Oct. 8:

- Annette Denise Anderson, 42, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty in two separate cases to charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree (cocaine). The defendant was sentenced to seven years in the penitentiary.

- Keith Edmonds, 44, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty to charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree (cocaine). The defendant was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary.

- Sandra Mechelle Kerr, 36, of Cub Run, pleaded guilty to the charge of theft by unlawful taking over $300. Sentencing is set for Nov. 19.

- Christopher H. Kingrey, 33, of Brooks, pleaded guilty to the charge of flagrant nonsupport. The defendant was sentenced to two years and his request for probation granted.

- Joshua Paul Lynch, 27, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty in two separate cases, to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense. Sentencing is set for Nov. 19.

- Tiffany Nicole Whitlow, 30, of Glasgow, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, first degree (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense and being a persistent felony offender, second degree. Sentencing is set for Jan. 14.

Sentences

The following were entered on Oct. 8:

- Michelle D. Mack, 26, of Smiths Grove, was sentenced to five years, based on her earlier guilty plea in two separate cases to trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, two counts, and endangering the welfare of a minor. The defendant’s request for probation was granted.
