Suspect charged in man’s death

GLASGOW — A Monroe County man has been arrested in connection with the weekend stabbing death of a Tompkinsville man.

Kenneth G. Hodges, 50, is charged with murder in the death of Randall E. Page, 76, according to the Kentucky State Police.

Page’s body was found in his home Sunday afternoon by the Tompkinsville Police Department. KSP Trooper Dwaine Barnett, public information officer for post 15, said the victim had a stab wound in the chest area.

Hodges was lodged in the Monroe County jail. No other information was available at press time.
