Vehicle, tools stolen from dealership

GLASGOW — Police continue to investigate a burglary that occurred at Goodman Chevrolet-Cadillac-Nissan on Monday evening.

The suspects broke a window and entered the building, making off with several tools and equipment totaling in the thousands of dollars, according to the Glasgow Police Department.

Police are also looking for a vehicle that was stolen from the business. It is a 2001 white Lexus LS 300 four-door car with a license plate number of 984-AAH.

The vehicle will have minor damage to the front bumper. If anyone has any information into these thefts, call the GPD at (270) 651-5151.



KSP arrests pair for cultivation

Two Horse Cave residents were arrested Tuesday and charged with mari-juana cultivation.

David Lewis, 32, and Heather Clark, 26, were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, according to the Kentucky State Police.

The Hart County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip about the cultivation and proceeded to 2275 Dixie Highway, along with the KSP.

Police allege that marijuana was found being cultivated at the residence. Marijuana eradication support was given by the KSP’s aircraft division.

No other plants were found on the premises.

Both subjects were lodged in the Hart County Jail.

KSP Trooper Jonathan Biven was the investigating officer and was assisted by Trooper Ronnie Reynolds, Hart County Sheriff Boston Hensley, Deputy Chief Joe Middleton and Deputy Jeff Wilson.
