GLASGOW — A man is behind bars following a one-vehicle wreck over the weekend.
Charles Huffman, 37, was northbound on U.S. 31E south Friday night when he lost control of his 2004 Trailblazer, according to the Barren County Sheriff’s De-partment. The vehicle flipped multiple times before coming to rest on an embankment.
Deputy Adam Minor investigated and charged Huffman with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, third offense. Huffman refused treatment and was lodged in the Barren County Correctional Center.
Deputy Minor was assisted by Deputy Shannon White, the Haywood Volunteer Fire Department and the Barren/Metcalfe EMS.
