Family found

A Barren County woman and her two children who were reported missing have been found, according to the Barren County Sheriff’s Department.

Mossie Sharon Logsdon, 28, and her sons have been found in another state. The sheriff’s department declined to disclose where Logsdon and her children were found. A spokesperson with the sheriff’s department said Logsdon was with a friend.

“It appears she left of her own will and was identified while enrolling one of her sons in school,” according to a statement from the sheriff’s department.

Logsdon and her sons, 8-year-old Robert “Buck” Logsdon, and 4-year-old Seth Jon-Luc Logsdon, were last seen in Hiseville on Sept. 29 when they left their home on Reece Road, said Deputy Steve Clark with the Barren County Sheriff’s Department.

The van they were driving was found Sept. 29 at McDonald’s in Munfordville.
