GLASGOW — REPORTS: Cindy Greer, certified public accountant with Campbell, Myers & Rutledge, reported on the 2007-08 audit. Greer gave the audit a clean report. Jim Ivy with RBS design reported that construction is on schedule for North Jackson Elementary despite the rain.
ACTIONS: The board approved the auditor’s report, monthly financial reports, out of state/overnight student travel requests, board member out of district travel and expenses for 2008, regular board meeting schedule for 2009, non-resident contracts including preschool, capital outlay funds for maintenance expenditures, expenditures for the College Street building and change orders for North Jackson Elementary for the addition of security gates at the front entrance, work on the water system and changing the media center’s window heights.
