IN MINUTES: Hart County fiscal court

HORSE CAVE — ACTION: Magistrates took the following action: approved minutes of the Dec. 18 meeting; agreed to close 832 feet of Nichols Road in Horse Cave; agreed to cancel the Feb. 5 fiscal court meeting due to magistrates attending a state conference on that date; approved the county clerk’s 2009 budget; approved the treasurer’s report; approved on second reading an ordinance setting a 25 mph speed limit on Die Road in District No. 4; agreed to remove David Bunnell, a county road department employee, from probation with benefits; and approved magistrates’ road request list, which includes: a tile on Meadow Ridge Road and trees cut on Old Cut Road, Logsdon Valley Road, Craddock Road, Lawler Road, Bolton School House Road and Edd Howe Road; changing of bridge drains; and shop maintenance.
