Sheriff Eaton arrested Daniel Rex Fravala and charged him with receiving stolen property over $300, possession of marijuana and prescription controlled substance not in original container, first offense.

Deputy McCown served an Allen County warrant on Daniel R. Fravala for theft by unlawful taking over $300.

Deputy McCown served a Warren County warrant on Timothy V. Slayton for contempt of court – failure to appear.

Jan. 11

Deputy McCown responded to a two-vehicle injury accident on Austin Tracy Road.

Deputy Branham transported Bryan Brooks from Monroe County Jail to Barren County jail.

Jan. 12

Deputy Wilson responded to a two-vehicle injury accident on Scottsville Road.

Deputy Clark served two Green County warrants on Melynda N. Clemons, both for failure to appear.

Deputy Clark arrested Broda M. Fleener on a Warren County warrant for failure to appear.

Deputy Branham transported Elizabeth N. Tuttle from Allen County Jail to Barren County jail.

Deputy Branham transported Sherry Stout from Warren County jail to Barren Circuit Court and then returned Stout to Warren County jail.

Deputy Branham transported a male juvenile from Warren County Juvenile Center to Barren Circuit Court and then returned juvenile to Warren County Juvenile Center.

Jan. 13

Deputy Minor arrested Peggy S. Bass for assault, fourth degree (domestic violence).

Deputy McCown arrested Robert D. Bass for assault, fourth degree (domestic violence).

Deputy Clark arrested Kacey L. Carder on three Barren County warrants, two for failure to appear and one for failure to complete community service.

Deputy Clark served a Hart County warrant on Kacey L. Carder for failure to appear.

Deputy Clark served a Gallatin County warrant on Kenneth P. King for failure to appear (flagrant non-support).

Deputy Clark arrested Michael L. Perkins on a Barren County warrant for failure to pay.

Deputy Clark also arrested Nicholas J. Purtee on a Hopkins County warrant for failure to appear.

Deputy Wilson transported Nickolas Hodges from Hart County Jail to Barren County Court and then returned Hodges to Hart County Jail.

Deputy Runyon arrested Morris D. Lutterman for assault third degree; terrorist threatening, third degree (five counts); disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
