Leber arraigned on fraud charges

BOWLING GREEN — A Glasgow financial advisor charged with defrauding clients of approximately $2.4 million in Kentucky and Southern Indiana was arraigned in federal court on Wednesday.

Jonathan N. Leber, 36, waived his right to have counsel appointed by the United States District Court of the Western District of Kentucky at Bowling Green and also waived his right to have a detention hearing, according to court documents filed July 25.
