GLASGOW — MEETING: Glasgow Electric Plant Board

DATE: Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009

ACTIONS: Superintendent Billy Ray and EPB board members toured the Haywood substation before the regular meeting. The board approved the minutes of the previous meeting, approved migration to Central Service Association (CSA) for billing and accounting systems, ratified a transformer purchase made by Ray and reviewed TVA rate issues.

REPORTS: Ray presented the July and beginning of fiscal year operating and financial reports to the board and provided electric network architecture information on the existing single-entry point power supply to the system. He also reported on property issues relative to the East Glasgow Primary substation.
