Martin Cassman, 3, eats excess candy pieces after making a gingerbread house with his siblings Thursday during Mary Wood Weldon Public Library's Discover Tech holiday workshop. Children listened Garrett discuss the structure of a building and the importance of a strong foundation, and then they were able to make their own gingerbread houses during the workshop, part of the library's Discover Tech exhibit.
