8:34 MORNING UPDATE: Emergency personnel respond to wrecks, grass fire

GLASGOW —  

East Barren firefighters responded to a grass fire at mile marker 22 alongside the westbound lane of the Louie B. Nunn/Cumberland Parkway at 1:21 p.m. Wednesday.

At 6:43 p.m. Wednesday, the Barren-Metcalfe Emergency Medical Service responded to a wreck with injuries on the Greensburg Road in Metcalfe County.

Summer Shade firefighters, the BMEMS and the deputies with the Barren County Sheriff's Office responded to a non-injury wreck at 7806 Old Bowling Green Road at 3:06 a.m. Thursday.
