MUNFORDVILLE —
Kentucky State Police responded to 1131 Brigg Webb Road in Hart County on Thursday on a drug complaint called in anonymously. The investigation by KSP troopers led to the arrest of Angela Bath, 39, Christopher Bath, 36, and Robert Smith, 23. Addresses and middle initials were not provided.
They were all charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of meth precursor, possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense (drug unspecified); and tampering with physical evidence. Complicity was added to all charges. All three were lodged in Hart County Jail.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Daniel White is the investigating officer on this case, and the investigation continues. He was assisted by troopers Jeremy Smith and Graham Rutherford.
