GLASGOW —

A Glasgow man was arrested Wednesday on a possession of marijuana charge after Glasgow Police Department's K-9 unit discovered a small amount of marijuana in his car.

David E. Hall Jr., 22, was discovered by Glasgow police for driving with expired tags. After being pulled over, police discovered Hall's operator's license had been suspended and that he did not have an insurance card in his possession, according to a Glasgow Police Department report.

The police department's K-9 unit found the marijuana in the center console of Hall's car, the police report stated.

Hall was charged with operating on a suspended operator's license, no insurance, expired tags and possession of marijuana.

Hall was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center. His bond is pending. He is scheduled to appear in Barren District Court on Nov. 9, according to jail records.
