GLASGOW — According to Commonwealth’s Attorney Karen M. Davis, a Barren County grand jury met on Jan. 27 and the following actions were taken:
• Angel Lewis Diaz Rosado, 30, of Glasgow, two counts first-degree burglary, seven counts theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but less than $10,000, five counts thefts by unlawful taking $10,000 or more, first-degree criminal mischief, three counts theft by unlawful taking under $500.
• Christopher Cole Duncan, 33. of Glasgow, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.
• Tara Shae Garmon, 27, of Glasgow, manufacturing methamphetamine.
• Michael P. Turben, 37, of Glasgow, manufacturing methamphetamine.
• Mark Joseph Schnorr, 43, of Glasgow, complicity to manufacturing meth-amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christopher Lee Johnson, 26, of Horse Cave, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense.
• John Howard Craine, 63, of Horse Cave, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Timothy A. Smith, 29, of Horse Cave, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Roy Howard, 39, of Glasgow, 10 counts criminal possession of a forged prescription, 13 counts third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Mary Barron Piercy, 28, of Cave City, 20 counts second-degree forgery.
• Bradley Shea Byrd, 28, of Cave City, theft of identity, first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Douglas Wayne Taylor, 42, of Glasgow, theft by unlawful taking over $300.
• Todd A. Corzine, 48, of Glasgow, theft by deception over $300.
• Adam Carl Corzine, 22, Glasgow, theft by deception.
• Jesse James Carroll, Jr., 31, of Bowling Green, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Angela Sue Gossett Long, 28, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, failure to or improper signal.
• Marketta Annette Richman, 42, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Lonya Lynn South, 35, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.
• Miles Patrick Whatley, 23, of Nashville, Tenn., first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Anthony Scott Marrs, 29, of Edmonton, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree persistent felony offender.
• Mitchell Dewayne Cross, 26, of Knob Lick, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor.
• Dustin Neal Wooten, 19, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, theft by unlawful taking under $500.
• Jennifer N. Flickner, 34, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Willard Steven Flickner, 39, of Glasgow, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana.
• Christopher Michael Collins, 28, of Scottsville, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, possession of marijuana, careless driving, disregarding a stop sign.
• Timothy Dewayne Parsons, 25, of Glasgow, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense, possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no/expired registration plates, disregarding stop sign.
• Billy Randall Stinnett, 27, of Edmonton, possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense.
• Michael Gwynn Dallas, 38, of Huntsville, Ala., was indicted for flagrant nonsupport as he had failed to obey an earlier court order to pay child support and was behind in his payments in the amount of $26,425.31 as of Dec. 31, 2009, based on testimony from Mary Fletcher, Barren County child support case worker.
An indictment represents a criminal charge and a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
