BOWLING GREEN — An Auburn man was arrested on drug and other charges Friday by the Kentucky State Police.
Timothy Montgomery, 30, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license following a traffic stop on Plano Road in Warren County.
While searching Montgomery's vehicle, 19 grams of methamphetamine was found under the seat where Montgomery's 2-year-old daughter was sitting, according to a Kentucky State Police press release.
Montgomery was also charged with improper equipment, rim or frame obscuring lettering or decal on plate, careless driving, display or possession of cancelled or fictitious license, failure to surrender revoked operator's license, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (second or more offense, 2 oz. methamphetamine), buy/possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree wanton endangerment., the press release stated.
