6:34 EVENING UPDATE: Man in Greensburg Road accident discharged from hospital

GLASGOW —

A Metcalfe County man who was injured in an accident Monday has been discharged from Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, according to the hospital's patient information service.

Tommy Ennis' vehicle ran off Greensburg Road near the intersection with Sulphur Well-Knob Lick Road, and he was originally transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow and later transferred, said Emory Kidd, Metcalfe County Emergency Management Agency director. Ennis' was the only vehicle involved, Kidd said.
