Phyllis Brown
EDMONTON — Phyllis Brown, 89, of Edmonton, died Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Metcalfe County Health Care in Edmonton.
She was the daughter of the late Jim and Dot Asbury Simmons.
She is survived by one daughter, Josephine Romines; two grandsons, Tracy (Ruth) Romines, and Troy (Teresa) Romines; two great-grandsons, Colby and Jackson Romines, all of Edmonton.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Brown; three brothers, Carl, Welby and Victor Simmons; and one sister Amy James.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 4 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Kenneth Elrod
BOWLING GREEN — Kenneth H. Elrod, 92, of Bowling Green, died Saturday, July 21, 2012, at his residence.
He was the son of the late Wayne Elrod and Ora Martin Elrod and the husband of the late former Jessie Dunn Elrod and Madeline Vance Elrod, who survive.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 23, at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery #2. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Ronald Lohden
WENTZVILLE, MO — Ronald E. Lohden, 76, of Wentzville, MO died Friday, July 20, 2012, in Wentzville. He was born May 24, 1936, in Lecta, the son of the late Henry and Mary Pearl Hale Lohden and the husband of the late Shirley Lohden.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, at Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville. Burial will follow in Saint Charles Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Rodney Kinslow
GLASGOW — Rodney Lewis Kinslow, 46, of Glasgow, died Saturday, July 21, 2012, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital.
He was born in Glasgow and is the son of John L. “Pete” Kinslow and Gail Sanders Kinslow of Glasgow, who survive. Rodney was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was also a former member of the local 623rd F.A. Kentucky National Guard. He was a regional manager for the Musselman Hotels and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Glasgow.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Evan Lewis Kinslow, of Glasgow; and two sisters, Rita Bishop (William), of Glasgow, and Robin Gardner (Scott) of Danville.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time for the service.
