Gena Lorene Guinn Gibson
PARK CITY — Gena Lorene Guinn Gibson, 94, Park City, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at NHC in Glasgow.
A native of Clinton County, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Tina Appleby Guinn, a homemaker, and a member of the Glasgow Wesleyan Church.
Survivors include her children: Rose (George) Campbell of Park City, Irene (Turner) Pedigo of Horse Cave, Jean Chase of Cave City, Noel Gibson of Glasgow, Gilbert (Bonnie) Gibson of Georgetown, and Steve Gibson of Bowling Green; her grandchildren: Eugene Campbell, Alane Campbell, David Campbell, Sheila Miller, Ricky Pedigo, Peggy Botts, Monica Neely, Tina Bailey, Jill Chase, Tim Gibson, Tammy Mukherjee, Scott Gibson, Quien Gibson and Derrick Gibson; 25 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Estel Gibson.
Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Thomas Shelby Ludwick
EDMONTON — Thomas Shelby Ludwick, 66, of Edmonton, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Ludwick.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Saturday, July 24, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Roy Stinson
GLASGOW — Roy Clifton Stinson, 65, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Glasgow Health and Rehab Facility.
He was born in Louisville, the son of the late Herbert Clifton Stinson and Lucy Farmer Stinson. He was a former employee of T.J. Samson Community Hospital respiratory therapy department and was a member of Glenview Christian Church. He was a graduate of Louisville Bible College and Glasgow School for Health Occupations.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Sutton Stinson; a son, Glenn Stinson of Louisville; a brother, James Stinson of Louisville; a sister, Mae McCreary of Marriott Island, Fla.; and two nieces.
Memorial services will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Glenview Christian Church. Visitation will be Monday from 10 a.m. to noon at the church.
Alternate expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of memorial contributions to the Louisville Bible College or Glenview Christian Church Building Fund.

Hollis Eugene Thomas
GLASGOW — Hollis Eugene Thomas, 91, of Glasgow, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at Glenview Health Care in Glasgow.
He was born in Glasgow, the son of the late William Phillip Thomas and Terry Pauline McClellan Thomas. Hollis was a farmer and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Neal’s Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was an honorary member of the East Barren Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Valevia Yeary Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Kenneth, Comer and Hershel Lee Thomas; and two sisters: Zelpha Doyle and Evelyn Igneci.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Neal’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 until 8 p.m. and on Saturday until time for the service.

She was the daughter of the late Shelby Estes and Ella Mae Miller Estes and wife of the late Gentry Hunt Watt.
