Daryl Cunningham
BOWLING GREEN — Daryl Cunningham, 63, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
He was born in Scottsville, the son of the late G.H. Cunningham and Earis Harrison Cunningham of Scottsville, who survives. He was a shipping clerk for Country Oven Bakery, a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Viet Nam War. He was a big UK basketball fan, a loving husband, father and grandfather who coached little league baseball and football. He loved Ford Mustangs, woodworking and making anything out of wood. He was a member of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Deneece Vincent Cunningham; two sons: Trent Daryl Cunningham and wife Marta Gayle of Glasgow, and Todd Darin Cunningham and wife Beth of Bowling Green; one daughter: Tiffany Cunningham Brumfield and husband Chris of Elkton; two brothers: B.G. Cunningham and wife Dean and Ronnie Cunningham and wife Ruth Ann, all of Scottsville; one sister: Betty Douglas and husband Morris of Alvaton; four grandchildren: Ty Peyton Cunningham, Stephen Connor Cunningham, Jordan Christopher Brumfield and Adley Gayle Cunningham; two stepsons: Curtis Vincent of Bowling Green and Steven Vincent of Brownsville; one stepdaughter: Amanda Lawson of Gamaliel; five step grandchildren: Matthew Poore, Tyler, River, Bucky Lawson and Keely Vincent; father-in-law: Curtis Duvall of Bee Spring; mother-in-law: Arvella Arnold of Leavenworth, Kan., and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Connie A. Cunningham; and a step granddaughter: Marlana Lawson.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 25, 2009, at 4 p.m. at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, Bowling Green, with burial in Bowling Green Gardens. Visitation will be from 2 until 8 p.m. Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Susan Carole Jump
GLASGOW — Susan Carole Jump, 56, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, at NHC Healthcare facility in Glasgow.
Born in Glasgow, she was the daughter of the late Forrest Biggers Jump and Nina Scott Jump. Ms. Jump attended the Glasgow Baptist Church and Southside Baptist Church. She was the first patient to attend the T.J. Samson Adult Daycare facility, attending for 11 years, and was a member of the ARC of Barren County.
Survivors include a sister: Sharon McKinnis (Ronnie) of Glasgow; two nieces: Alisa Garrison (Howard) and Missy Potter (Scotty), both of Glasgow; and four great-nephews: Jesse Scott, Derek Garrison, Eric Garrison and Skylar Potter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Biggers Jump.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Pauline Studle Elrod
BOWLING GREEN — Pauline Studle Elrod, 94, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, at Magnolia Village.
She was the daughter of the late Blane Studle and Maple Hendrick Studle and wife of 71 years of the late William Elrod.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 25, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel, with burial in Bethel Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 until 8 p.m. today (Friday) and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Juanita Kay Thomas
EDMONTON — Juanita Kay Thomas, 59, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, at her home.
She was the daughter of the late George Tyrie and Joan Pickering Hartman, of Edmonton, who survives. She was a housekeeper at Glenview Health Care.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in Straders Ranch Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today (Friday) at the funeral home.
Besides her mother, she is survived by one son: Robert Troy Thomas of Edmonton; one grandson: Zackary Tyler Thomas also of Edmonton; her companion of 28 years, Eddie Steven Neal of Edmonton; one sister: Peggy Sellers of Edmonton; two brothers: James Edward Hartman of Battle Ground, Ind., and Michael Lee Hartman of Williamsburg, Ohio. Several nieces, nephews, friends and extended family also survive.

Paul Houston Waddle
LOUISVILLE — Paul Houston Waddle, 69, who fought a long and courageous battle with colon cancer, passed away as the result of a car crash on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, in Bullitt County.
He was a long time member of Falling Springs Baptist Church and a graduate of Western Kentucky University. Paul retired from Toyota Mfg. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the U.S. Naval Reserve. In his retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family, his dog, woodworking and fishing when he was able.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Barb; his son, Paul Kellach of Austin, Texas; and his loving and faithful companion, his dog, Martin. He is also survived by his mother, Ersie Webb Adams of Upton; and a brother, Deward Caswell of Upton. He is also blessed with a large family of brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, plus a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Waddle.
Paul will leave an empty space in his home and in the hearts of those who loved him. However, in time, precious memories will fill up those spaces and his family will come to realize he has gone to be with God in a better place where he has been set free of pain and suffering.
Services for Paul will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home in Munfordville with Brother Steve Stith officiating. Burial will be in Union Light Cemetery in Edmonson County. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 until 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Monday at the Sego Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Union Light Cemetery Fund.

Billy Thomas Walker
GLASGOW — Billy Thomas Walker, 63, died Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at his residence.
Born in Glasgow, he was the son of the late Edgar Thomas Walker and Freda Francis Nokes Walker. Mr. Walker was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Ruth Leamon Walker of Glasgow; a daughter: Krissie Walker-Coulter (Jeff) of Glasgow; three step-children: Deloris Kuchler (Larry) of Saugus, Calif., Anthony Turner of Glasgow and Donald Turner (Penny) of Austin; a sister: Mary Ruth Miller (Chris) of Munfordville; two grandchildren: Jacob and Jordan Coulter, two step grandchildren: Ashley Mae Christiansen and Jeffrey Robert Coulter; and three nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, G.W. Walker.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2009, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be after noon Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Walker choose cremation.
