Rosa Hagan Brown

HORSE CAVE — Rosa Hagan Brown, 94, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at her home.

She was the daughter of the late John Hagan and Lonie Botts Hagan and wife of the late Ermon Jess Brown.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2009, at Yokley-Trible Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, with burial in Old Mount Herman Cemetery. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.



James Allen Fosso Sr.

TOMPKINSVILLE — James Allen Fosso Sr., 66, died Sunday, May 10, 2009, at his residence.

He was the son of the late Mae Fisher Fosso and the late Anthony Fosso.

Funeral services were today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. at Strode Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, with burial Thursday, May 14, at noon in Memorial Park Cemetery, Indianapolis, Ind.



Ralph Hudgins Jr.

GLASGOW — Ralph Hudgins Jr., 66, died Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at his home.

He was born in Green County, the son of the late Ralph Hudgins Sr. and Virginia Wright Hudgins. He was a member of the Corner Stone Church where he was a deacon.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Sue Harper Hudgins; one son: Leslie Hudgins (Lisa) of Edmonton; three daughters: Samantha Matthews (Timmy) of Temple Hill, Tammy Hampton (Bernice) of Glasgow and Drucilla Walker (Charles) of Summer Shade; 13 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; one sister: Linda Shofner of Greensburg; two brothers: Danny Hudgins of Campbellsville and Sam Hudgins of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Randolph; and a grandson, Branden Huff.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2009, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Thursday.

Lisa Michelle Sewell

TOMPKINSVILLE — Lisa Michelle Sewell, 37, died Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.

She was the daughter of Jackie Sewell and Bonnie Adams Sewell, of Tompkinsville.

Funeral services will be today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with burial in Poplar Log Cemetery.

Yokley-Trible Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, is in charge of arrangements.



Ricky Leonard Thomas

SCOTTSVILLE — Ricky Leonard Thomas, 45, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at his home. He was the son of the late Ellis and Mable Mildred Rouse Thomas.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 14, at the White Cemetery Chapel with burial in the White Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the McMurtrey Funeral Home, Summer Shade.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the White Cemetery fund.

JEFFERSON COUNTY — Robert Steven Eaton, 55, passed away Friday, May 8, 2009, in Jefferson County. The family chose cremation, therefore there will be no visitation. A graveside memorial service, under the direction of Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cave City Cemetery.



BOWLING GREEN — Joyce Lucille Hiser, 65, died Sunday, May 10, 2009, at The Bowling Green Medical Center. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Hiser Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.



GLASGOW — Amy Lucille Shockley, 88, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Antioch Cemetery.



GLASGOW – Docia Ellen Wheat, 85, of Glasgow, died Saturday, May 10, 2009, at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Clack-Emmitt Cemetery.



GLASGOW — Cecil D. Williams, 87, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at his home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:30 p.m. today (Wednesday).
