Mary Frances Campbell

GLASGOW — Mary Frances Campbell 75, has died.

She was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Greene Nevitt and Joshua Edwards. Survivors include her husband, Morris Campbell.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 22, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Loving Springs Baptist Church with burial in the Barber Family Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the church.



Emily Ervin

EDMONTON — Emily Ervin, 87, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.

She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Betty Harris Martin.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today (Wednesday) and after 9 a.m. Thursday, May 21, at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Memory Ervin; one daughter: Phyllis Moss and husband, Eugene, of Edmonton; one sister: Nell Martin of Louisville; four grandchildren: Susie Clark of Sulphur Well, Betty Bernard of Columbia, Kelly Moss of Edmonton and Doug Moss of Edmonton; eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Loren Ervin; and one great-grandson, Joseph Bernard.

Delma Head Walden

TOMPKINSVILLE — Delma Head Walden, 93, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at The Palace in Red Boiling Springs, Tenn.

She was the daughter of the late W.J. Head and Lucy Murphy Head and wife of the late David Richard Walden.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21, at Strode Funeral Home, Tompkinsville, with burial in Center Point Cemetery. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the funeral home.

GLASGOW — William Thomas "Tommy" Runyon, 63, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.



FOUNTAIN RUN — Waneeta Hunt, 88, of Fountain Run, died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville. Funeral services will be at the Hughes Funeral Home in Fountain Run today (Wednesday) at 1 p.m. with burial in Fountain Run Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Fountain Run Cemetery or the Fountain Run Fire Department.
