Raymond Lawrence Buckley

TEMPLE HILL — Raymond Lawrence Buckley, 79, died today (Thursday).

Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but under the direction of A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.



Terry William Klinkers

EDMONTON — Terry William Klinkers, 54, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.

He was the son of the late George and Agnes Simmons Klinkers. He was an employee of United Airlines in Aurora, Colo. Terry was a 1973 graduate of Metcalfe County High School.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, 2009, at Missionary Mound Cemetery at Edmonton. There will be no visitation.

He is survived by two sisters: Jo (Billy) Meredith of Edmonton and Jane (Larry) Meredith of Glasgow; one niece: Heather (Kevin) Gentry of Glasgow; three nephews: Trent and Trevor Meredith, both of Edmonton, and Scott Meredith of Glasgow.

Larry Franklin Thompson

LaVERGNE, Tenn. — Larry Franklin Thompson, 60, died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at his home.

He was the son of the late Walter Thompson and Hallie Thompson, of Elizabethtown, who survives. He was a member of the Society Hill Baptist Church and employed at Neely Coble Company as a parts sales consultant.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2009, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in Society Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carolyn Thompson of LaVergne; two daughters: Tammy (Todd) Knight of Louisville, Lisa (Brian) Wise of Bloomington, Ind.; three stepsons: Danny (Lori) England of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Timmy (Donna) England of Edmonton and Kevin (Michelle) England of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; nine grandchildren: Chad England, Casey England, Travis (Beth) England, Chasity (Larry) Rhinehart, Jessica England, Jordon England, Devon Wise, Sabrina Wise and Trevor Wise; two great-grandchildren: Ross England and Dustin Rhinehart; one brother: John (Susan) Thompson of Louisville; four sisters: Shirley (Roger) Whelan of Mount Washington, Joanne (Billy) Melloe of Mount Eden, Dottie (Mark) Smith of Cox’s Creek, and Bonnie (Timmy) Hart of Elizabethtown. Several nieces, nephews and close friends also survive.

SERVICES

GLASGOW — Mary Frances Campbell 75, has died. Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Loving Springs Baptist Church with burial in the Barber Family Cemetery. Visitation will be today (Thursday) from 5 to 9 p.m. at the church.
