HORSE CAVE — Christine Hylander, 85, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Henry Trulock and the late Ella Mae Puckett Trulock and wife of the late James Hylander.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, at Brooks Funeral Home, Munfordville, with burial in Cherry Springs Cemetery, Cub Run. Visitation continues from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Justin Michael Logsdon
GLASGOW — Justin Michael Logsdon, 22, passed away at 8:57 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, in Munfordville from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was a graduate of Barren County High School and the Mobile Audio Technical School in Phoenix, Ariz. Justin was employed by Logsdon Backhoe Service and was baptized at the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Logsdon; paternal grandmother, Wilma Logsdon; and uncles, Arnold and Harold Stasel.
Justin is survived by his mother, Virginia Stasel Button of Glasgow; two brothers: Jasper and Joshua Minton, both of Munfordville; maternal grandparents: Cecil and Stella Stasel of Munfordville; paternal grandfather: Byron Logsdon of Munfordville; aunts: Barbara Childress and husband Buck of Munfordville, Carolyn Burelson of Elizabethtown, Ruby Horton and husband Junior of Glasgow, and Janet Overstreet of Lawrenceburg; uncles: John Stasel and wife Mouse of Elizabethtown, Michael Logsdon and wife Cheryl of Munfordville; cousins: Ashley and Elizabeth Logsdon and David Decker; and close friends: Aaron Robinson, Justin Hemby, Aaron Crain and Sammi Jo Perkins.
Funeral services for Justin Michael Logsdon will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home, Munfordville. Burial will be in Munfordville Municipal Cemetery. Visitation continues after 9 a.m. Sunday at Sego Funeral Home until time for services.

Willie Evans Medley
EDMONTON — Willie Evans Medley, 77, died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital.
He was a son of the late Alvie and Zelma Woods Medley.
Funeral services will be Sunday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. at McMurtrey Funeral Home, Summer Shade, with burial in Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Sunday until funeral time.
Fred B. Rich
TOMPKINSVILLE — Fred B. Rich, 86, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2009, at Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville.
He was the son of the late Hulet Rich and Ova Grace Rich.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 6, at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial in Moore Cemetery, Moss, Tenn. Visitation continues until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Moore Cemetery.
Elvis C. Greathouse
BOWLING GREEN — Elvis C. Greathouse, 94, of Bowling Green, died at his son’s residence in Alvaton at 4 a.m., Sept. 5, 2009.
He is the son of the late Willie Greathouse and Bertha “Duckett” Greathouse.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah Louise “Jones” Greathouse.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Bethel Cemetery. There is no visitation. Funeral services are under the direction of Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
