GLASGOW —
Martha White Gregory
BOWLING GREEN – Martha White Gregory, 65, of
Bowling Green, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at
Greenview Regional Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Niles White and
Anise Dean White, who survives, and wife of Paul Gregory,
who survives.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Fairview
Cemetery #2, with burial in Fairview Cemetery #2. Visitation
will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hardy & Son
Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel.
Ida Mae Heath
BONNIEVILLE – Ida Mae Heath, 71, of Bonnieville,
died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Woodland Terrace
Health Care in Elizabethtown.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Heath.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel
of Sego Funeral Home with Brother Bob Sharp officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation
will be Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Sunday
at the funeral home until time for services.
Edgar McCawley
GLASGOW – Edgar McCawley, 64, of Glasgow, died
Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at T.J. Samson Community
Hospital.
He was the son of the late
Ranzey and Mary Ruth
Meadows McCawley. He
was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his
wife, Patricia Diane Mc-
Cawley; one son, Dustin
McCawley, and his wife Jessica;
two grandsons, Dillon
and Zaiden McCawley; several
nieces and nephews also
survive.
Besides his parents, he
was preceded in death by his
sister, Ruth Carpenter, and
his great-niece, Ciara Taylor.
Funeral services will be 1
p.m. Saturday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with
burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will
be after 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Nelma Elizabeth Crump VanMeter
ROCKY HILL – Nelma Elizabeth Crump Van-
Meter, 79, of Rocky Hill, died Thursday, Jan. 31,
2013, at her residence.
She was born in Barren County to the late
William Henry and Millie Florence Sego Crump
and was the wife of the late Darrell “Bobby” Van-
Meter.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, 9
a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, and 10 a.m. to 1:30
p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, at Patton Funeral Home,
Brownsville Chapel, with funeral service at 2 p.m.
Sunday at Cedar Springs United Baptist Church
with burial in Hawkins Cemetery.

of Louisville, died Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, in
Louisville. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday

WHITELAND, Ind. – Helen Delois Abston Morgan,
formerly of Barren County, died Tuesday, Jan.
29, 2013, in Whiteland, Ind. Funeral services will
be 11 a.m. EST Saturday at Jessen Funeral Home in
Whiteland with burial in Whiteland Cemetery. Visitation
will be from 4 to 8 p.m. EST Friday at the
funeral home and Saturday morning until funeral
time.
GAMALIEL – Carl Edwin Ryherd, 92, of
Gamaliel, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 11
a.m. at Indian Creek Baptist Church with burial to
follow in Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Military
rites will be performed at graveside by DAV Chapter
20, of Glasgow. Visitation will be after 11 a.m.
on Friday at Strode’s Gamaliel Chapel and after 9
a.m. on Saturday at the church. Memorials are suggested
to the Indian Creek Building Fund.
